As an Equipment Leasing & Finance Coordinatorwith Southern States Toyotalift: Contribute to making Southern States Material Handling a leader in the material handling industry by handling day to day functions of leasing department including but not limited to order and account setups, lease applications, lease documents, funding, and other lease related tasks. This role works closely and in conjunction with the Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators, and Customers and is crucial to the function and flow of the complete sales process. This role also works closely with the Leasing Companies we are partnered with.

What you Need/Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in sales-oriented related industry and basic understanding of credit requirements, lease processes, and documentation preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as Windows
  • Must be able to build and maintain good working relationships with others both inside and outside of the company.

  • Possesses a positive and optimistic mindset, even in the face of challenges.

Education and Certification Needed:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Finance or accounting background preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

What you’ll Do:

  • Setup all sales orders. This includes file creation, system input, and approval processing.
  • Work closely with Leasing Company Representatives to ensure proper approvals are in place. This may include some negotiating.
  • Prepare/create lease documents and send out for signature. Follow up on outstanding documents if not received back in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Solutions Team (Consultants, Regional Leaders, Coordinators) to ensure all items are in place for order processing and that any outstanding items are turned in before delivery and/or funding submittal.
  • Finalize all lease orders. This includes funding pack preparation, submittal, and processing of funding reports.
  • Manage all tasks so that completion is happening within set timeframes established. Metrics to be provided.
  • Maintain system updates and utilization of multiple reports. (Expiring Applications and Rates, Open Quotes, Open Invoices, Monthly Funding, Lease % by Consultant, and any others needed to effectively manage the role).
  • Support Managers with special tasks, projects, presentations, and reports.
  • Support other Coordinators as needed and when time permits.
  • Interact with customers and perspective customers as needed.
  • Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
