Citrin Wellness is seeking a passionate and dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare field, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting
- Knowledge of naturopathic / functional medicine a plus
- EHR system experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with high-end clientele
- General knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Passion for delivering high-quality care
Responsibilities:
The Treatment Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for patients, guiding them through their wellness journey and ensuring a seamless experience at our clinic. Their duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet all patients in the clinic
- Register patients & schedule appointments using our EHR system
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails during business hours
- Ensure all clinic questionnaires are completed prior to patient visit
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their treatment journey.
- Facilitate treatment plans with each patient immediately following their appointment by:
- ordering lab testing (functional & conventional)
- input prescriptions in EHR for doctor to electronically prescribe
- providing dosing of medications, supplements, peptides, etc.
- answering patients' questions about specific details on their treatment plan
- Orchestrate all aspects of care for VIP patients
- Communicate with pharmacies if there are discrepancies with prescription dosing
- Manage patient records accurately
- Process billing for each patient following their appointment
- Coordinate shipment of packages per patients' requests
- Assist with inventory and supply ordering
- Assist marketing team with current needs for social media / website
- Assist with all in-office treatments (IVs, ketamine therapy, PRF, etc.) as needed
- Collaborate with all other team members to provide concierge level care
- Interview/hire/train new employees as needed

Salary:
- $70-$80K, based on experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Beverly Hills, CA 90211: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location:
- In office 5 days a week, 9am-5pm
Hours:
- 35-40+ hours per week

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
