Position Overview
The Manager of Talent Acquisitionwill report to the Director of Talent and sits within the Talent Center of Excellence (COE) onsite in our Greensboro, NC headquarters. In this role, you will lead the Talent Acquisition Team in the sourcing, assessment, hiring and onboarding of Talent.
As a high-impact, process driven, practical leader, we will look to you to build, execute and manage a results-driven Talent Acquisition strategy, along with accompanying programs and processes enabling HAECO Americas to reach its hiring goals.
Talent is our highest priority, and we need you to bring a forward-looking perspective, to adapt to new and evolving talent trends, implement processes, and move Talent-Acquisition to a new standard. You will partner and collaborate with local constituencies and stakeholders across the business, as well as lead a team of capable Talent Acquisition professionals.
As leader within the Talent COE, you are a/an:

Talent Acquisition:
- Hone the Talent Acquisition Strategy to meet our talent needs and ensure positions are aligned with the best and right talent sources to provide a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Identify and lead creative recruiting channels for roles utilizing unique local talent sources as we ensure sourcing and assessment of candidates are tailored to the business to access new talent pools and source required traits and competencies.
- Ensure best in class selection processes and apply solid change management principles to bring along team members and stakeholders.
- Implement consistent and effective processes, while providing an excellent candidate and client experience.
- Lead the building and implementation of competency-based hiring and support the building of competency and skill in managers and employees representing our brand and helping to assess and hire candidates.
- Lead and manage a collaborative team of Talent Acquisition specialists to achieve hiring goals.
- Manage and leverage our external partners and channels to ensure they become an extension of our internal team, as we source and assess the best talent.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enable success of related programs and processes through adoption of tools and behaviors.
- Define diversity as it relates to HAECO and ensure that diverse candidate pipelines are presented as applicable for hiring.
- Oversee relationships, sourcing and hiring with military and educational institutions.
- Establish and maintain sourcing and hiring metrics, using data to make and support decisions.
What you need: (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years progressive experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition
- Experience with hiring both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Prior experience in an HR model with a Talent Acquisition COE and HR Operations - Experience with implementation of this model is highly desirable.
- Strategic mindset and understanding of TA best practices.
- Experience in managing others, either directly or in a matrixed structure.
