Cook Out is seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant! Our Logistics Administrative Assistant will support our fleet department in maintaining delivery driver location and assisting management in day-to-day Fleet operations. Come join our growing team and start your career with Cook Out!
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Communicating with management regarding driver locations, ETA’s or delays.
- Daily tracking of company vehicles.
- Route products and prepare daily delivery sheets for drivers.
- Assist in data entry for fleet invoicing and billing.
- Maintaining company vehicle registration/property tax.
- Answer incoming calls to fleet dispatch center while maintaining communication and relationships with management, office support staff, delivery drivers and maintenance technicians.
- Other responsibilities deemed necessary by Fleet Director or Fleet Administration.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time (desk).
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to details.
- Basic computer skills (operating a computer, editing and managing files, etc)
Preferred candidate will also possess:
- Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Sheets and Docs)
- Knowledge of trucking industry
- Dispatch experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
