We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lock Desk Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
- Providing support to the secondary marketing team to ensure accurate loan pricing.
- Assisting the sales team and sales assistants with issues related to locked/locking loans.
- Collaborating efficiently with other departments within the company.
- Working closely with the Product and Pricing Engine.
- Generating Excel reports and tracking relevant data.
- Becomes/is an advocate of our culture and adheres to our core values.
- Supporting day-to-day tasks and other functions as assigned.
- Ability to meet regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications:
- Completion of some college courses with a focus on Math, Finance, IT, or Accounting.
- Proficient in Excel with strong reporting and tracking abilities (Excel expertise is essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
