Medical Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist Part Time

Medical Assistant. Knowledge or experience related to cardiology preferred. EPIC experience is a must.

Front desk responsibilities such as checking patients in and collecting copays as well as answering phones and refilling medications. Check out desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and procedures as well as obtaining authorizations.

Ability to work well with patients, doctors, and staff and complete given tasks in a timely manner. Attention to detail both verbally and in a written format.

EMR knowledge and complete, proper documentation of all procedures and records. HIPAA compliant at all times.

Punctuality is extremely important. Must have reliable transportation.
