Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk

Full time position available for the right candidate. Alive Health Family Chiropractic + Wellness is a growing chiropractic and natural health center. We are looking for an energetic professional individual that has attention to details, leading attitude, and loves working with people. Experience is a plus. This is a long-term position in a growing office with advancement potential. Hours: Monday- Friday including evenings with some weekend events.
36-40 Hours/week depending on the week.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage clinic phone calls, check out patients, assist patients in completing required paperwork, educate patients on wellness offerings and services, ensure all member accounts are current and accurate with billing and ledger balances.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred)
• Cheerful demeanor
• Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
• Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
• Dedication to high-quality service
• Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate attire
• Enthusiastic approach to customer service
• Confident in presenting and selling service offerings

ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
