Legal Assistant/Paralegal

McEllistrem Fargione P.A. is a personal injury firm looking to add a full time legal assistant to our team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all phases of case preparation, including discovery, document production and trial preparation. Additional responsibilities may include: manage documents in all types of cases; obtain and review medical records, itemized statements and other pertinent case information; manage multiple priorities while working under deadlines.

A hybrid work schedule may be available for the right candidate.

Salary will be determined based upon work history and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.79 - $27.45 per hour
