Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, insurance providers, and attorneys regarding contracts via phone, email, and mail
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondences and legal documents
- Perform document review and analysis to identify relevant information
- Provide administrative support to the legal team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all research findings and case details
- Conduct thorough legal research using various resources and databases

Education and Experience:
- 4 year Bachelor’s degree – pre-law, humanities, communications, or similar preferred
- Must be extremely accurate and have a highly developed orientation to detail

- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research and legal writing
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a legal environment
- Interest in pursuing a pre-law or legal career
