Legal Assistant / Immigration

Small Minneapolis immigration practice requires a part-time Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) for an immediate start.

This is a part-time position and flexible working hours are available within a standard business work week.

Must have attributes of the position:

1. Must be physically located in Minnesota.

2. Experience with INSZoom case management software.

3. The ability to work independently.

4. Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in the area of U.S. Immigration, with familiarity with the following application types: I-130, K-1, AOS, E-3, H-1B, B1-B2, O-1, E1/E-2 and L-1A/L-1B. This also includes Consular processing for I-130 and K-1s.

5. The ability to support multiple Attorneys across a wide range of case related functions, including research, drafting, case management/software and updates.

6. Form letter drafting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
