· Minimum 5 years’ experience Plaintiff’s personal injury with 3 years at a single firm
· Experience using Case Management and Document Management systems, such as Advologix and NetDocuments
· Must be proficient with Apple Computers, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Office
· Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
· Experience Scheduling Medical Appointments· Experience Ordering Medical Records
· Experience Ordering Non-Medical Records
· Ability to work with employees and vendors
· Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
Must be able to handle the following tasks and have experience performing same:
- All Calendaring, including, depositions, mediations, meetings, experts, travel, etc.;
- Schedule clients' medical treatment and transportation (if needed);
- Filing in state cases and federal cases;
- Scan, name and save all emails, mail, faxes, documents and communications;
- Prepared outgoing mail, scanned incoming mail and save same to case management system
Requirements:
· VERY HIGH level of organization
· Ability to take orders quickly while problem solving
· Must be a self-starter and proactive
