Legal Assistant

Childs McCune, a downtown litigation law firm, has an immediate opening for a Legal Assistant in our Denver office. This is not a paralegal position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in CO litigation. At this time, this position is on a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office, 2 days working remote. We are looking for someone who has a professional demeanor, excellent organizational/proofreading skills, detail-oriented, multi-tasker.

This position requires the following knowledge skills:

- Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint and MSTeams;

- Knowledge of MS Office, which includes heavy calendaring in Outlook;

- Knowledge and use of ShareFile;

- Work with subpoenas, notice depositions, process invoices and various pleadings;

- E-filing experience in state and federal courts.

The salary range is $58,000 to $65,000, depending on a potential employee’s qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law. Visit our website www.childsmccune.com to learn more about our firm.
