Job Description
Legal Department Assistant
All Pro Capital, LLC is seeking an experienced person to work as an administrative assistant in our Legal Department. For general information about All Pro, see our web page at www.allprocapital.com.
The successful candidate will work with our attorneys, owners, and staff to prepare and upload completed documents to our server. The assistant will be given “ownership” of the documentation process for real estate loans made by All Pro affiliates to members of The Challenger Group, Inc.’s National Builder Group. The process includes preparing promissory notes and mortgages and assuring that signed and recorded documents, together with related title insurance policies, are saved to the network. Thus, the preferred candidate will have knowledge of, and demonstrated expertise in, matters related to commercial lending and real estate transactions. Specifically, the successful candidate must demonstrate that he or she has a thorough understanding of residential real estate title work and how it interrelates to notes and mortgages, the loan funding process, lien perfection, releases of liens, and chain of title in general.
In addition, other administrative responsibilities will be assigned from time to time.
The successful candidate will join All Pro’s fast-paced and entrepreneurial culture where support is given to allow our colleagues to discover their full potential. The position will support All Pro’s efforts to document investments in our real estate investment funds and the deployment of investors’ funds in real estate loans to earn a reasonable return upon the investors’ capital.
