Quality Inspector Position
Plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products.
Performing quality control checks on automotive component parts
· Know the proper and improper use of PPE and equipment with ultimate concern for personal safety and safety of others
· Follow Standardized Work Instructions
· Supports the teams in Operational improvement
· Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules
· Perform other duties as assigned or needed
· Quality Checks and Inspections
· Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities
· Problem Solving – Learn to recognize and solve the malfunctioning of the machine and recognize and solve quality problems of formed part
· Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies and procedures
· Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management
Perform 5S activity in assigned area
Shift:
6am-4:30pm (with 12 hours shift and weekends)
6pm-4:30am (with 12 hours shift and weekends)
Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18/HR
Pay Details: $17.50 to $18.00 per hour
