In addition to the essential job functions described below, associate will perform duties as requested by management.
- Perform the maintenance objectives for RelaDyne's e-commerce portal, including site management, testing, user training, campaigns, promotions, and enhancements to meet key performance metrics of the platform.
- Work with developers to launch new location rollouts and upgrades to the site, ensuring data and information is accurate.
- Develop and execute training and development materials for RelaDyne internal users and customer onboarding, implementing digital adoption software and triggers to enhance user experience for the e-commerce portal.
- Provide support to sales representatives and customers by addressing inquiries and offering comprehensive training assistance.
- Facilitate the setup of corporate accounts, providing training on the ordering process, contact management, and accounting procedures.
- Manage various data sources and web analytics tools to enhance customer experience and recommend changes required.
- Assist all internal associates to understand platform and provide support to all activities on e-commerce platform to always ensure satisfaction of customers.
- Drive customer utilization through training, user adoption software, live chat, promotions, nurturing campaigns, and other best-in-class best practices
- Incorporate additional best practices to design effective strategies and enhanced user experiences.
- Analyze all e-commerce transactions and site data and recommend improvements to enhance the experience.
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data, capability assessment & SWOT to identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination, and implementation of the e-commerce marketing plan.
- Develop and implement promotions and campaigns to increase usage and track the return of investment of campaigns as part of overall analytics.
- Incorporate additional best practices to design effective strategies and enhanced user experiences.
- Track e-commerce metrics including web traffic, clicks, cart abandonments, order placements, and overall platform usage to achieve agreed upon growth objectives.
- Work with vendors to deliver best in class representations of products, including images, data sheets, and recommendations (product detail management).
- Manage the data integrity of RelaDyne's CRM platform, Salesforce, to ensure reporting is maintained and key metrics are met.
- Build and distribute Salesforce reporting metrics, including sales pipeline progression analytics
- Create and update dashboards and reports for various departments.
- Assist with data migration and import/export processes.
- Assist with all Salesforce activities including site management, testing, user training, and enhancements.
- Provide basic training to users on navigating and using Salesforce effectively.
- Answer user questions and troubleshooting issues related to Salesforce functionality.
- Develop and maintain user guides and other help documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity for a seamless user experience.
- Work with developers to execute the seamless integration of new branches brought onboard by RelaDyne, ensuring efficient and effective integration processes.
- Manage and maintain data and analytics in HubSpot to ensure company mapping of Marketing Data as it relates to e-commerce analytics, customer nurturing, and Salesforce analytics
- Execute data management updates within the ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols.
- Drive Sales and Marketing activities to achieve gross profit goals and branch budgets
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with other teams on Sales and Marketing projects.
- Provide instruction and guidance to Marketing intern(s) as needed
- Participate in regular strategy meetings and develop new programs and initiatives that are designed to further the company's mission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate in the various Sales and Marketing platforms.
- Facilitate the implementation of RelaDyne National Sales and Marketing Programs
- Attend requested Corporate Sales and Marketing Meetings/events
- Available resource for support as needed (ex: HR / sourcing team / acquisitions / et)
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, ensuring quality customer service
- Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
- Assist in preparing internal company communications where necessary
- Assist in maintaining the design and content of the internal company intranet where necessary

- 2 years or more of work experience in a related role
- 1-2 years or more of Salesforce experience: CPQ, Commerce, Manufacturing Sales Cloud and other solutions
- Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation platforms
- Experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience a plus: graphic design programs (Adobe); web development knowledge; content management systems.
