TheLeasing Manager is responsible for successfully leasing apartment homes of the Active Living community to tenants aged 55+. The Leasing Manager drives a professional marketing process, performing cold calls and other sales outreach methods and building positive relationships in the surrounding community to drive occupancy.
Pay range: $39-$40 an hour plus a bonus strucutre
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales in this market combined with an ability to qualify and engage prospects is key.
- Must project a professional presence to represent the luxury brand in a positive manner.
- Ability to prospect and close qualified leads a must.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
