Regional Leasing Director

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic and results oriented Regional Leasing Director for the Westside of Los Angeles with a proven track record of driving commercial office leasing results and successfully managing team of in-house commercial Leasing Agents. Markets include: Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood, Brentwood, Olympic Corridor, and Santa Monica.

Effectively manage in-house commercial leasing professionals who are responsible for the leasing process from start to finish. This includes setting team and individual production goals, managing leasing performance, utilizing existing and new relationships to drive leasing results, working with the leasing team to enhance productivity and efficiency as well as collaborating with other internal teams such as space planning, construction, engineering and property management.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 7-10 years prior experience in a supervisory capacity with additional years of experience in a direct leasing capacity.

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· California Real Estate Salesperson License required.

· Highly proficient in the art of deal making with strong knowledge of the West Los Angeles commercial real estate market.

· Must possess outstanding leadership qualities, organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with tenants, employees and vendors.

· Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound business decisions based on information received.

· Ability to evaluate detailed financial analysis.

· Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS:

Target base salary for this role is $175,000 - $200,000, plus discretionary cash bonus and long-term incentive units based on leasing results and company performance. Compensation commensurate with experience
