Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the property management system
- Manage customer relationships and address tenant inquiries or concerns
- Market vacant units as well as showing
- Assist with property maintenance tasks, including scheduling repairs and inspections
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

English, spanish, tagalog
