Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments.
- Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features.
- Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements.
- Miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
- Candidates must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week to work.
- Candidates must be available nights and weekends.
- Candidates must be available to work events and office shifts.
