- Provide department-wide support to Real Estate Managers and Attorneys.
- Coordinate and facilitate collection of required documentation between the Real Estate Legal Team, Design and Construction, and Leasing Representative teams.
- Prepare lease packages for assignment to Real Estate Managers and Attorneys.
- Prepare estoppel certificates and SNDA’s for review by Real Estate Managers and Attorneys.
- Prepare various lease related memos for distribution to the Construction, Leasing and Lease Administration groups.
- Handle special projects, both independently and collaboratively, as assigned related to real estate transactions and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and mail tenant executed legal documents and correspondence to landlords.
- Track receipt/return of tenant executed documents.
- Scan/upload fully executed legal documents, memos, and various correspondence into matter management systems.
- Update weekly reports as needed and assigned.
- College diploma preferred.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Prior experience in a small law firm or real estate company preferred.
- PC Skills-with a focus on Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Lucernex.
- Strong organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and meet deadlines.
