MMP – Commercial Leasing Assistant Mid-Wilshire Los Angeles:

Full-time opportunity with all aspects of Commercial lease administration.

Duties will include:

• Ability to understand commercial leases.

• Strong ability to analyze & prepare lease documents.

Candidate must be:

• Organized

• You must have your car and a reasonable commute to work

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree from an accredited University

• Workable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

• Must be confidential and trustworthy

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and writing

• Ability to multi-task and execute multiple projects and assignments

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Candidate must take initiative and be resourceful in all areas of support

Starting Salary: $25 per hour
