Duties include but not limited to
● Answer the phone● Check and respond to voicemails● Place orders for items needed in office● Check mail and general emails● Set showing appointments● Client relations/ Resident support● Resident Move-ins● Bank Deposits● Social media posts/leasing/marketing
Description
Great attitude and a desire to grow are the most important skills for this role! Our assistant is critical to the success of our team, and we look forward to training and promoting from within. Answering the phone and working with our applicants and current residents is the priority, in addition to learning leasing and general office tasks are all included in the day to day activities. Additional tasks may include going to the post office, or filling in on a showing, helping to set up in house gatherings or catering, etc. There are a lot of different roles and tasks we fill, and the assistant will learn from each of us.
Attitude and willingness to learn and solve problems independently matters much more than previous experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
