Leasing Agent

```Duties:```
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms, determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospects
- Assist prospect with application information
- Execute lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Collect rent payments and handle tenant inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate move-in, including inspections and key exchanges
- Maintain organized records of tenant information, leases, and maintenance requests
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repair or maintenance issues in a timely manner

```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar (Yardi ) software for tracking maintenance requests and work orders, tenant information
- Familiarity with leasing laws and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with prospective tenants
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
- Proficient in data entry and file management
