Schedule and perform apartment showings with property-specific knowledge, including timely follow up and lead management
Prepare and distribute communication and notices to tenants
Perform apartment inspections before move in and after move out, as well as throughout
the lease term as needed
Manage delinquencies and collect rent
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with current and prospective tenants
Learn and ensure compliance with all Fair Housing Laws
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Professional manner and communication
Moderately active position - ability to stand/walk throughout shift
Computer and software proficiency
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
The schedule is Monday through Friday but must be available to work one Saturday shift every 3 weeks and also longer hours during peak season (July and August)
