We are seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our community in Lombard. We currently have a full-time position available. If you have a passion for customer service, can-do attitude and a desire for growth, we are looking for you!
Applicants must be available to work weekends. Illinois Leasing License required
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting existing and potential residents
- Showing and renting apartments
- Qualifying applicants
- Follow-up with potential residents
- Preparation of lease packages and lease renewals
- Handling resident issues
- General clerical duties
- Social Media Management
- Great Customer Service to Prospects & Residents
- Yieldstar & Yardi experience preferred
- Great salary plus Commission

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
