Responsible for lead management and leasing of multi-family residential apartments through the development of relationships with customers. Through knowledge of our product combined with strong listening and problem-solving skills, creates an exemplary first experience in the relationship with our prospective residents.
Essential Job Functions
- Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects
- Answer questions about the property, amenities, and local community
- Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information
- Sign leases and generate lease paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner
- Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed their expectations while maintaining professional standards and upholding company policies
- Assist with planning and organizing resident activities
- Assist with phone duties as needed
- Report physical deficiencies of properties to Director of Maintenance
Other Job Functions
- Assist with delivery of resident notices, when needed
- Assist with renewal contact and renewal generation
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills
