High Fidelity Realty is a boutique brokerage located in Chicago's Lincoln Park. We're looking to expand, and need dynamic, friendly, team oriented, and motivated people to learn, grow with us, and who can match our ambition and drive. Our team comes in all shapes and sizes, from seasoned real estate agents, investors, developers and property managers, to people from the hospitality, and service industries. We're equipped to facilitate residential and commercial/investment sales, in addition to property management and apartment leasing.
The main purpose of this position is to service our in-house property management's leasing portfolio, and to help rent properties through our strategic partnerships with some of the premier management companies on the North Side of Chicago. We offer agents access to an exclusive inventory of over 500 apartment rentals annually. The buildings are well-located, and most are recent rehabs.
Our vision is for our agents to use leasing and sales leads as a springboard towards developing a larger personal book of rental and sales business. We will train you how to market and sell yourself effectively in today's tech-centric real estate market. If you already have an existing book of business? We will help you grow and maintain it.
We provide:
- Front-end marketing support in the form of hundreds of free, qualified rental leads
- A robust professional sales training program, and mentor-ship.
- Seamless back-end processing and accounting support.
- Flexibility. We ask that you be available for roughly “full time hours” but you will never be asked to punch a clock or sit at a desk from 9-5. We hand a client off to you, you figure out their wants and needs, then set appointments on a schedule that works for both of you.
We Need:
Objective oriented, outgoing, friendly, intelligent problem solvers (it helps if you like looking at real estate as well). We are happy to work with both seasoned brokers, and people looking to change careers, and learn and grow with us. If you are new to the industry, you'll need to have a valid Leasing or Brokers License prior to applying. We aren't considering anyone without an active Real Estate License.
Compensation:
The role is 100% commission (we know this can be a little intimidating), which is standard for the industry, with no cap on commissions. Our goal is to make the process as pain free as possible and get you into the field quickly and with all the skills needed to succeed. Full time Agents pay ranges from $45,000 to about $85, 000.
Requirements:
- Valid Illinois Leasing or Broker's license is required
- Minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience is required
- Must pass our Criminal Background check
- A Reliable, presentable car with proof of insurance
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Motivated by commission sales - unlimited income potential
