What you'll be doing?

We are looking for IT Support to join our growing team. Our collaborative team of consultants delivers results across multiple verticals and technology platforms to mid-size and enterprise clients. At Fresh Consulting you will experience a dynamic work environment with a talented team, excellent benefits, and an innovative culture.

Core Responsibilities:

• Help with computer/laptop issues
• Install and configure software and computers for new hires
• Manage setting up VOIP systems
• Managing infrastructure (switches, networks, ports, wifi)
• Managing web services (operating systems updates/security patches)
• Managing user access/user permissions
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire team
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
• Day-to-day troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware
• Responsible for all physical equipment
• Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business
• Staying current on new technologies and best practices

Desired Skills:

• 3+ years of IT support for a technology company
• Extreme professionalism, confidentiality, and trust needed
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications
• Willingness to solve complicated problems. And see projects through to completion
• Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences
• Analytical skills, ability to “think outside the box”
• Ability to take ownership of the tasks/projects assigned
• Ability to work independently without much guidance or supervision
• High attention to detail and personal organization skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with compliance regulations (ITAR, export controls, GDPR)
• Scripting or programming a plus

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

For this Washington-State-based role, the base salary hiring range for this position is $65k to $85k. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
