IT Technician (Level-1)

Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, support, and disposal of computer and printing equipment.
There will be some travel to the office, however the position is remote.
Essential Duties:
Duties and responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
· Experience with Windows and Office 365 required.
· Technical Support
· Installation of software or hardware
· Maintaining and repairing equipment
· Troubleshooting different computer issues
· Determining and installing appropriate security measures
· Configuring computer networks
· Provide technical support on-site or via phone or email.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ear college or university required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years or more
