```Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Provide Technical Support via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment for new employees
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on software and hardware usage
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including computer networking, firewalls, and LAN
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Strong customer service skills with a patient and empathetic approach
