Compensation:
The IT Specialist Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base hourly Compensation of $35.00.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components.
- Coordination between IT providers and employees.
- Provide daily support to IT staff and employees.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems for end-users.
- Collaborating with remote helpdesk team in resolving issues onsite.
- Creating user profiles, monitoring updates and backup.
- Help in researching/updating firm's IT policies.
- Educating end-users about new systems.
- Providing excellent customer service and IT support
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English accurately, clearly, and professionally over the phone and in person to a variety of people.
- Uses personal computer to prepare documents and reports as required.
- Compiles correct data from miscellaneous sources and creates appropriate format for review by direct supervisor and other managers.
- Converses with wide variety of personalities in a pleasant and helpful manner.
- Manages personal time effectively and efficiently.
- Receives directions regarding assignments and follows through on assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Works in a consistently demanding and fast paced environment with internalizing demands.
- Mental/Intellectual capacity to perform multiple duties, track multiple assignments, and work with senior management.
