Your next career move:
We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist provides hardware and software support to users of the company’s personal computers, lab computers and local area network. The Specialist focuses on hardware, operating system, connectivity, technical and support issues. The position directly responds to and resolves user problems and is responsible for resolving higher level support issues (Windows support, MS Office, phone).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software for computers.
• Relies on experience and judgment to resolve technical support calls and emails.
• Provides technical assistance to the users/staff in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoots PC related problems, analyzes potential solutions and implements a solution that best fixes any problem.
• Follows LAN, WAN and/or network policies, procedures and standards to troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Perform Windows administrative tasks, including user and computer account creation and maintenance, as well as providing approved access to network files, folders and network shares.
• Assists in the process of evaluating and recommending new hardware and software applications.
• Remove, install, and patch software and systems. Replace critical hardware components as needed. Performs assigned hardware and software deployments.
• Provide end-users training on the use of the computer.
• Create and maintain documentation for departmental process and procedures.
• Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].
• Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
• Embodies Aji Bio-Pharma’s cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of two to four (2-4) years’ experience in a corporate help desk environment is required.
• A+, MCP or MCSE certifications are a plus.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
• SharePoint, Office 365, networking, and IT security, Intune/Autopilot, Azure/Microsoft 365 Admin experience a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting and MS Active Directory highly desirable.
• Self-motivated with strong customer service skills, great phone skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and use judgment to solve complex problems.

The anticipated hourly range for candidates who will work in California is $25.46 - $35.65.
