Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT professional to manage our technology infrastructure, focusing on new hire setups, offboarding, account provisioning, managing equipment, and overseeing our ticketing system. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and potentially upgrading our IT processes, ensuring efficient and secure operations. Other responsibilities include end user support, computer operating systems and related software. Recommends, implements and maintains systems, perform tests, troubleshoot and resolve software, network, and end user computer and phone challenges. Perform and monitor systems backups, Manage and track agency inventory, regularly evaluates technology and makes recommendations to Leadership.
Responsibilities:
· Strong and courteous end user support
· Experience with ticket systems, including their development to support prioritization and reporting
· Manage the setup of IT systems for new hires, including hardware, software, and account provisioning
· Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring secure and efficient account and data handling
· Administer day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including network management, software updates, and troubleshooting
· Manage and maintain all IT equipment, and actively participate in evaluating and implementing equipment upgrades
· Manage the ticketing system, addressing technical issues, and prioritizing IT support requests
· Support a creative reevaluation of the ticketing system to enhance efficiency and user experience
· Collaborate with department leaders and teams to assess technology needs, proposing and implementing solutions
· Ensure compliance with data protection laws and best practices in IT security
Requirements:
B.A./ B.S. in Computer Science or another technical field preferred
· Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills
· 5+ years of experience in on-site computer support
· Familiar with a broad range of computer operating problems and solutions
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills, great listening skills, and helpful and patient
· Self-starter, yet willing and able to take and execute direction when needed
· Seeks to expand knowledge to grow in position
Physical Requirements:
· Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
· Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch
· Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
