Job Description: MS&B is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide a full range of support to multiple attorneys. Must have prior experience with litigation procedures, processes and e-filing. Experience with real estate, land use, bankruptcy and/or property tax appeal work a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting, proofreading and revising legal documents, e-filing, redlining documents, scanning, saving and uploading documents to NetDocs, managing attorney calendars, coordinating meetings and scheduling calls, maintaining and organizing client files, processing time entries for attorneys, answering phones in a timely and polite manner and submitting expense reports.

• 5+ years' recent experience supporting litigation attorneys
• Experience with e-filing
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with outstanding follow-up skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks while paying close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proofread documents
• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs/RFQs
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe and NetDocs or similar document management system as well as iTimeKeep or similar time-entry software
• Team player
