Summary
The I.T. Identity Access Management (IAM) Administrator primary responsibility is to automate application, database, server, and network provisioning and de-provisioning of access using various applications and tools. Responsible for analyzing provisioning policies to various business systems and applications, including creation, deletion, and modification of access within business roles and groups, as required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Collaborative work with all levels of management and engineering to design and deliver quality IAM solutions and create/maintain the access provisioning and authentication roadmap.
- Serve as technical lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level IAM Systems to automatically Provisioning/de-provisioning of access to applications, infrastructure, and operating systems.
- Analyze business needs and propose suitable solutions for Access provisioning, Single Sign On, and Multi-factor Authentication requirements.
- Work with Engineering to design and implement IAM workflows/connectors, that perform the provisioning of applications and entitlements to end users.
- Provide detailed technical and operational documentation in support of IAM solutions and provide guidance in defining enterprise wide IAM standards.
- Assist with manual provisioning/de-provisioning of access to applications, infrastructure, and operating systems as per established policy, standards, and procedures.
- Updating and resolving request tickets and ensuring timely settlement of assigned user requests and issues as outlined by Service Level Agreements.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis by working with other teams, vendors, or users in diagnosing and resolving users access issues.
- Identify security related access issues and risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
- Assist with audit control module within IAM Solution.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, federal regulations, company internal controls, policies, and procedures as they apply to the position.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning
- Minimum 2 years related I.T. experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Preferred Strong compliance working knowledge, including regulations and standards as they relate to MICS, SOX, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, CCPA and related regulations
- Experience in a casino/hotel resort environment strongly preferred
- Must be able and willing to successfully complete Title 31 annual training
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information sciences from a four-year college or university, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work after normal business hours as required
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
