The IT Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Information Technology operations in a law firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support or coordinator role. The position will report directly to the CIO. 

The Key Responsibilities of the IT Administrative Coordinator include: 

  • Hardware and software research, pricing & procurement. 
  • Management and inventory tracking of consumable supplies and assets.
  • Vendor/supplier management & communications.
  • Contract administration & tracking.
  • Management of department project and event calendar.
  • Scheduling meetings and planning department events.
  • Monitoring of incoming mail for bills and important notices.
  • Management and administration of end user programs.
  • Attorney Onboarding Support, Communication, and Coordination. 
  • Light system administration/data entry.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The IT Administrative Coordinator will possess an associate degree or higher in a related field or a minimum of 3 years of related experience with progressively increasing responsibilities. The successful candidate/employee will possess strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable communicating with staff, shareholders and executives at all levels of the organization. The position is considered eligible for hybrid and remote work in conjunction with firm policies and eligibility requirements.   

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/knowledge:   

  • High degree of general technology and computer literacy. 
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. 
  • Experience tracking and organizing bills and procurement programs. 
  • Experience with tracking inventory and assets. 
  • Experience planning and organizing meetings. 
  • Experience managing employee service programs.  
  • Law firm experience is preferred.

The candidate must also pass a background check as a condition for employment.
