Key Accountabilities
- Administer the safety, health, and environmental program within MQBU.
- Administer the equipment calibration delivery.
- Facilitates the building general and preventative maintenance.
- Plant Countermeasure Request Form Processing.
- Support the business unit through the following administrative functions: New Model part orders, record retention, cost management, engagement and morale, IT support, associate onboarding, and general clerical and administrative support.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of using Microsoft Office products
- Proficient in using Microsoft software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Effective communication (verbal & written) & people skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to quickly to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, collaborator, self-motivated
- Effective planning and prioritization skills.
- Strong self-motivation and management skills.
- Capable of leading, mentoring and teaching others
Workstyle
- 25% Shop/Test facility/Manufacturing environment.
- 75% Office environment
- 3-5 hours OT per week and Saturdays as needed.
- Minimal travel requirements, between plants. Local travel for engagement activities.
