As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of real estate transactions while embodying our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Facilitation:Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, from contract acceptance to closing.
Liaise between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the transaction process.
Monitor and track transaction milestones, deadlines, and requirements to ensure timely completion.
Documentation Management:Prepare, review, and organize all necessary documentation related to transactions, including contracts, disclosures, addendums, and agreements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Communication and Coordination:Serve as a central point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with real estate agents, title companies, and other professionals to facilitate seamless collaboration and resolve any issues that arise.
Compliance and Risk Management:Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure transactions are conducted ethically and within legal boundaries.
Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the transaction process.
Problem Solving:Anticipate and proactively address potential challenges or roadblocks in transactions, finding innovative solutions to keep transactions on track.
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making to resolve disputes or issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
- Experience: A proven track record in transaction coordination, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate contracts, legal documents, and transaction processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
