Job Description
This position is a contract for 4-6+months and could possibly be converted. Will be in the office 1-2 days a week. Need to be local for training and occasional meetings.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Reviews and Closes Exception Requests.
- Interfaces with Service Technicians/Service Field Management on Request Closure Questions
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as Service Work Order times and totals.
- Review and Work on Admin Hold Report
- Daily Service Review of Special Customer Billings
- Backup for other Service Invoice Specialist(s)
- Review of Daily Customer Report
Education & Work Experience:
- High School diploma and two years related experience and /or training.
- Possess good communications, interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business.
- JDE or other ERP software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft office knowledge especially Excel with formulas, sorting, and filtering.
- Ability to effectively present information to management.
- Ability to speak effectively on work ticket problems.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
