Invoice Billing Specialist

The Robinson Diamond Resource Group has an immediate opening for our Client in Carrollton.
This position is a contract for 4-6+months and could possibly be converted. Will be in the office 1-2 days a week. Need to be local for training and occasional meetings.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Reviews and Closes Exception Requests.
• Interfaces with Service Technicians/Service Field Management on Request Closure Questions
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as Service Work Order times and totals.
• Review and Work on Admin Hold Report
• Daily Service Review of Special Customer Billings
• Backup for other Service Invoice Specialist(s)
• Review of Daily Customer Report

Education & Work Experience:

• High School diploma and two years related experience and /or training.
• Possess good communications, interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business.
• JDE or other ERP software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft office knowledge especially Excel with formulas, sorting, and filtering.
• Ability to effectively present information to management.
• Ability to speak effectively on work ticket problems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
