AddressPosition Summary:
The AN Parts Billing Specialist is responsible for the billing of parts sold through AN Parts, reviewing billing for accuracy, and correcting any billing errors. This will include all daily billing items, special projects, and being the subject matter expert for all AN Parts Billing processes.
Organizational Relationships:
Interacts with internal customers (BOS and stores).
Job Responsibilities:
1) Pull daily reporting for items sold
2) Reviews sales data and ensures parts are billed appropriately by reviewing quantities, part numbers, and pricing
3) Bills parts sold through AN Parts in CDK by creating a quote, reviewing for accuracy, and then closing the invoice
4) May require working with AN stores for pricing issues or disputes
Qualifications:
1. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
2. Basic accounting knowledge; able to tell difference between debit and credit
3. Effective communications skills, written and verbal
4. Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and as a team member in a deadline-driven environment
6. Highly organized with excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
7. Demonstrates personal credibility by taking responsibility for actions and being reliable and trustworthy.
8. High School Diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
This is a largely sedentary role with extended period looking at computer monitors and using a keyboard and mouse.
