If you’re an experienced Influencer Marketing Professional with a desire to work with a winning team and the ability to dream up scroll-stopping impactful Influencer Marketing programs, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Research & identify key influencers in designated verticals
• Develop & manage a database of new & existing influencer relationships
• Build strong relationships with social media influencers and reps via on-going communication
• Ability to confidently negotiate with high-level influencer agents & marketing representatives
• Craft quality pitches that effectively communicate client messaging
• Keep influencers & their representation accountable for agreed-upon deliverables
• Build strategy and influencer programming alongside integrated client marketing teams
• Position Influencer Marketing opportunities thoughtfully to new and existing clients
• Identify earned media opportunities with influencers to drive additional value for clients
• Administrative management of influencer programs
• Program recap development
• Understanding & enforcement of proper FTC disclosures
• Stay on top of industry trends & PR/social media advancements

What Qualifies You:

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience at an Influencer Marketing, PR or social media agency
• Influencer Outreach: Experience researching, vetting, contracting, securing & managing macro, mid-tier and micro influencers for consumer-facing national brands to leverage across branded video content and social platforms
• Proactive Self-Starter: Ability to stay one step ahead of the client while thriving independently in a fast-paced & deadline-driven environment
• Organization: Ability to handle multiple campaigns for several clients simultaneously, while maintaining quality of work as part of a fast-paced, integrated team
• Social Media: Robust understanding of social media platforms & analytics
• Writing & Communication: Must have strong written & verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively both externally with clients & internally with peers
• Creativity: Imagination to brainstorm new creative approaches to influence and ideate new strategies to meet the changing needs of the marketplace in order to help clients reach their target audience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,560.00 - $80,000.00 per year
