Responsibilities:
Influencer & Esports Marketing
- Be responsible for the planning, implementation & reporting of Worldwide influencers.
- Manage regular status calls & reports to key stakeholders across the business.
- Own the strategy, management, tools/agencies to source and engage with influencers to create content in line with the focus products & strategic alliances.
- Develop and implement creative briefs related to influencer activations.
- Confident to communicate influencer activation performance metrics to leadership.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with gaming and reviewer influencers to enhance product and brand awareness.
- Own budgets, POs and contracts related to influencers, ability to managing relationships with talent and creative agencies.
- Manage The HyperX Gaming Arena relationship & activations.
Events
- Support event planning and execution of Worldwide strategic events aligning with HP Gaming calendar and key product launches.
- Manage event agencies to execute all planned activities; creation and management of event briefs, creative/brand sign off.
- Work alongside the wider Marketing strategy teams to ensure the “Gaming narrative” is correctly represented.
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders, manage budgets, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Superior marketing skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Knowledge and experience of infleuncer & esports marketing and Events.
- Ability to articulately present ideas, making persuasive arguments in presentations.
- Ability to think creatively while basing ideas in strategy and data.
- Ability to evaluate data and present findings clearly (proficient use of Excel) and recommend actions based on that data.
- Ability to create reports following activities
Impact/Scope:
- Typically supports the manager and drives Influencer & Esports Marketing and evnets on a worldwide scale. This includes planning through to execution.
Education & Experience:
- Associate Degree or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred).
- 3+ years of work experience in related field.
