INFLUENCER MARKETING DIRECTOR, USA
As a key leader within our Marketing Department, your mission is to build and grow our brand, enhancing customer base and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships, compelling communications, and unforgettable brand experiences! You'll ensure every campaign not only resonates with our customer audience but also contributes to our ambitious sales goals and brand loyalty where you’ll harness your creativity and strategic insight to drive our brand forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand growth through effective influencer collaborations and PR initiatives, targeting key campaigns and local content delivery for sustained engagement.
  • Forge brand partnerships, creating opportunities with entities and individuals that align with our mission for brand enhancement and customer audience benefit.
  • Dedicated to building and maintaining robust relationships with influencers and local media, ensuring brand’s presence is felt through key calendar moments and targeted local content.
  • Lead impactful events, connecting COG audience with memorable experiences directly linked to strategic campaigns, driving both engagement and commercial success.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives, including influencer PR and promotion of the COG Foundation, prepared to expand a team and strengthen brand presence.
  • Drive measurable commercial outcomes, manage the brand budget, and steer towards significant KPIs with the dynamic support of a growing team and agency partnerships.
  • Compensation: $125K+ based on experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • Educational Background : A relevant degree in Marketing or 4+ years of experience is required.
  • Omni-channel Expertise : Experience with omni-channel marketing strategies is essential.
  • Social Media Savvy : Strong skills in social media and networking are critical for engaging effectively with our audience.
  • Project Leadership : Proven project management abilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
  • Influence : Ability to impact and influence both internal teams and external partners positively.
  • Team Collaboration : Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across different teams.
  • Creative Innovation : A knack for innovation, constantly seeking new and effective ways to meet our goals.
  • People Development : Experience in developing people, enhancing team capabilities and performance.
  • Results-Driven : Focused on driving results, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and commitment to achieving objectives.
  • Business Insight : Solid commercial acumen, with an understanding of how marketing strategies drive business outcomes.
