Human Resources Generalist

Location: Burlington, MA (hybrid role with 3 required in-office days)

AUO Display Plus America Corp. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our US subsidiary of AUO Display Plus based out of Taiwan. This role will help support across all Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and best practices.

Duties:

- Serves as administrator for several critical Human Resources functions and workforce management, including recruiting, staffing logistics, exit procedure, employee/labor relations, health and safety, training, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, benefits administration and employee records.

- Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs and ensures labor law and regulatory compliance, in a multi-state organization.

- Provides internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver required Human Resources processes.

- May assist to evaluate, select, and oversee vendors that provide supplemental HR processes and services.

- Coordinates with other staff to process and maintain employment, attendance, and other records.

- Manage and monitor employee’s working visa status and cooperate with external partners for new and renewal applications.

- The Generalist will also work on some office administrative duties and company events.

- Other duties as assigned.

Required skills and abilities:

- Bachelor's degree required with 4-7 years of related experience in Human Resources function.

- This is an individual contributor role but requires frequent collaboration with colleagues, partner companies, and various external parties.

- Proficiency in HRIS software (preferably Paylocity)

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Occasional travel may be necessary for recruitment events, training sessions, or meetings (with potential for travel to Taiwan).

- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
