Litigation Attorney (Remote)

The Position:
A Real Estate Law Firm is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Litigator who is capable of handling litigated matters to join our growing team. We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm.
Responsibilities:

• Drafting of motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
• Conducting legal research
• Responding to relevant discovery related requests and motion practice
• Maintaining responsibility for all aspects of respective contested cases, including devising legal strategies and executing on legal strategies
• Completing initial review of documents related to litigated cases
• Oversee support staff and review their work

Requirements:
2-5+ years of experience independently handling contested motion practice

• Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and proficiently
• Attention to detail and organization
