Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The position will report totheCFOand be responsible for all aspects of the Company’s human resource and recruiting processes. The position will be part-time (3 days per week) with a flexible schedule and the ability to work extra hours when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to managers
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Ensure compliance with all Federal/State laws
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce management initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of workers compensation, OSHA regulations, and employment laws
- Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor HR initiatives
