Human Resources Generalist

SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a HR Generalist for its client in American Falls, ID. This individual would be responsible for ongoing support in all areas of HR. Relocation is offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employee relations issues that can include coaching, and employee performances etc.
• Process and manage FMLA, WPFL, STD and other leave of absences.
• Administrations of Employment Eligibility Verification.
• Assist in employee investigation matters.
• Administration of disability and Workers Compensation claims.
• Hire, recruitment, and on-boarding of employees both hourly and salary positions.
• Conduct new hire orientation and presentations.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures. Update handbooks as needed.
• Engaging on leadership meetings.
• Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including annual salary planning, bonus programs, and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files, including employee data, performance evaluations, and other HR-related documents
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role is required.
• Prior experience within a manufacturing plant preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Prior experience with HRIS systems.
