Job Title:Manufacturing Generalist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Manufacturing Generalist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment. WE WILL TRAIN!
Key Responsibilities:
- Polishing: Skillfully polish metal and other materials to remove imperfections and achieve desired surface finishes. Use various hand tools and machinery for polishing tasks.
- Grinding: Operate grinding machines to grind metal and other materials to specific shapes and sizes. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Paint Line Operations: Handle responsibilities on the paint line, including preparation, painting, and finishing processes. Ensure consistent application and quality of paint on products.
- General Fabrication: Engage in various fabrication tasks. This includes cutting, shaping, and assembling parts and structures from various materials.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on products and materials, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to an efficient and productive manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes and machinery is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
