StretchLab South Loop is looking for amazing talent to join our team as the Studio Sales Manager. Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented and can lead our team to success. This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisor experience looking to move into a management role.

This is a full-time position (38-40 hrs/week). Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with some early morning, evening and weekend availability.

Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience (high end or membership sales)
- Confident in generating personal sales and supervising sales team
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Must be solution-based and results oriented with a competitive but collaborative spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive and confidential information

Job Responsibilities:
Daily
- Perform the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close including:
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales targets
- Perform prospect needs intake while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Present available services to prospective members, work to overcome objections at point of sale
- Follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
- Support member retention via superior client service and experience - yourself and entire studio staff
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Daily role play with Sales Advisors and Flexologists
- Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures, maintain accurate records and reporting for any policy violation
- Manage the studio’s social media accounts, online reviews and digital marketing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Ensure all studio supplies and marketing materials are stocked and visible (re-order as needed)
- Any other duties as assigned
Weekly
- Pull reporting and lead weekly Sales Dashboard review meeting (Sales staff & Owners)
- Identify performance gaps and be able to quickly strategize and execute strategies and coaching to hit weekly and monthly sales and revenue goals
- Develop and coach individual staff members via regular feedback and role play sessions
- Manage staff schedules, including Flexologist and Sales shifts, holidays and time off requests
- Create and send regular email and text marketing campaigns to members & prospects via Club Ready CRM & associated software platforms
- Execute community and in-studio events including staffing, marketing and schedule
- Add new retail items to inventory, re-merchandise retail section of studio, and prepare new retail orders as needed
Monthly / Quarterly
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals for memberships, single sessions and retail
- Manage studio marketing calendar including digital, social media, events and partnerships
- Maintain consistent meeting rhythms including weekly sales review and 1-on-1s, monthly team “all hands” and monthly/quarterly planning sessions with Owners. Lead all meetings with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Interview, hire and train new Sales Advisors and Flexologists on job responsibilities
