Essential Functions
- Administers and enforces Human Resources and corporate processes and procedures for unit personnel.
- Maintains ADP entry for new hires, terminations, employee changes, LOA, and benefits
- Establishes and maintains HR department records and reports.
- Participates in local unit staff meetings, safety meetings, and HR team meetings.
- Collaborates with local and corporate payroll to ensure timely and efficient payroll processing.
- Collaborates with Safety Manager on training and workers compensation program.
- Works with HRM and Legal Team on Union information requests
- Administers employee parking & employee badge systems.
- Administers employee recognition programs, company bulletin boards, and distribution of newsletters.
